Realized it's easier to grow a smaller organization by leaps and bounds, with good management skills and best practices of other firms. Hence moved to a SME to take on the growth leadership

Wake up 4 am
Read till 6 am
Run and workout till 8 am
head to office by 9 am
Work till 6.30 Pm
Back home by 8 pm
Prayers by 9 pm
Get to Bed by 10 Pm

To manage a SME is tougher than to manage a set process in a large company
