4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

To be a true leader I learned one must have a deep knowledge of what the people you're connected with are looking for, what are their goals behind it and how can you help them achieve it. Once you master it there's always a win-win situation that one comes across with.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. It has a good brief mentioning two different stages of life one can have. It helps you make the correct decision in your life.

By Self-Motivation & Learning from true leaders.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader of an SME so far?

A successful journey is not successful until you see the ups and downs in it. There's nothing straight in life, Even heart beat is measured positively working when found with movements i.e. up's and down's. A straight line is a dead end, So never choose the easy path over a difficult road it will never make you strong & capable.
