1. What have you found most challenging as a leader of a small or medium enterprise?
Challenges become a part of your life as soon as you say it’s a small enterprise if there was no google in a shed or Amazon bookstore who hasn’t done them I don’t see them as challenges but as steps or hits the higher you go the strongest you’ll be
2. How did you become a leader of an SME? Can you please briefly tell the story?
It has started with my own brothers so there’s this idea of luxury in cheap we thought of it and started this more than a leader I would like to be an employee of this company because
working keeps your mind fresh and gives you new thoughts,
they have lots of perks (employees)
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I just prioritise my work as per the deadline and bang it before the date sleep is the laziest thing I can do for hours but as I told you I prioritise my work sleeping is just a part of it
4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?
Check everything and inspect everything before you take a decision and love your employees
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
I prefer to read life’s rather than books there is much on the street than in books
6. How do you build leadership capacity in an SME?
It’s just your mode of work if it’s highly professional and profitable and your strategic planning is outstanding you would be a good or a high salaried employee but leadership comes into play when you try to make both ends meet ,human relations and work

Just a line than a story
