1. What have you found most challenging as a leader of a small or medium enterprise?

standing as a good leader in this competitive market.

2. How did you become a leader of an SME? Can you please briefly tell the story?

when I'm done with the 12th standard, I was passionate about starting my own business. I got an idea to start an ecommerce store known as Ultmartstore. We all know in India there is no proper e-commerce store except amazon and Flipkart. but I challenge our prices to be lower than those companies. but in the beginning, we faced many problems and a lack of coordination with the team. lack of knowledge in the market etc... We never give up on anything. so we are here now.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

It all depends on the work which I have to do on that day.

4. What's the most recent significant leadership lesson you've learned?

coordinating with the different teams and motivating them to achieve the goals and targets of the company.

Actually, I don't read books much.

It's all about the passion which I have and my co-directors.
