Instead of being awkward, this should be something we celebrate.
If your answer was ‘months ago’ and ‘I was devastated’ then try switching it up to ‘this week’ and ‘I celebrated’.
Great organisation, products, ideas and innovations come out of multiple failures nearly every time.
The irony is if you’re not failing you won’t be as successful as you could be.
