1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
Accepting the purpose of Leadership as the reality of the Leader
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
Finding myself in the midst of leaders and learning from them in my local assembly really inspired me to become a leader
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
My daily to do list, my commitments and allowing the H/S to guide me through what he wants me to do daily
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
Our world gets better when good Leaders lead and the world retrogresses when bad leaders lead.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
The Holy Bible. Contains the stories of good and bad leaders since the creation of the earth until the 1st century
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
Live a life of sacrifice and responsibility
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
How I actually transform from being a very shy follower with a lot of weaknesses to becoming a global leader
