1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
To bring and identify the right sense of thought in the current perspective of the people to being Thoughtful and to reduce the urge to say without listening what exactly is being conveyed from the Leader's Perspective.
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I started my Journey of Leadership when I got into my Teaching Profession. In the Organization where I began my journey was lacked Motivation in my team, in order to make them cheerful I needed to give them good teamwork and bring in passion which I used to pay them rewards from my pocket. I realized there is a Leader in me, which was when I started listening and acting from their perspective not rather from my perspective. I always Listen in depth or to the core when people have concerns in their jobs lives or careers. I have always been motivating them and adding confidence to those who really feel they are low or they are out of confidence. I touch upon their feelings and I feel and extend that empathy for them when they really want to share
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
For me, I am against any structure but ideally, a frame can be set not a strict structure. The moment a person is setting the structure they feel caged inside of their mind, so I always advise that make flexibility in the plan which has to be cohesive, adhesive, ad hoc, and alarming so that you are prepared. I always have a routine, not a structure which is as per the need and necessity, As in Leadership One thing you should remember it shouldn't be dramatic which gives a false picture, and be try to be authentic to yourself and to others. I believe if you are genuine in actions and you don't worry about the desired output automatically you will get the desired outcome but take actions whichever adequate at that point all . Being In communication and Being Listening Selflessly to others makes you build true leadership over a period. The Leaders are not born but Leaders are built over a period and Leadership is a Lifelong Learning that never has an end until Life Ends.
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
Leadership is all about being a good listener who acts when required and reacts only if it is needed. The Leader always spreads Joy, Prosperity plus Humour.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
THE POWER OF HABIT by CHARLES DUHIGG, which I remember in mind, and Other than "YOU CAN WIN", and "YOU CAN SELL" by SHIV KHERA. These are some of the book names that come to my mind, It is always good that you can read the book if you are willing to, and again according to my perspective in the current thoughtful leadership, you can always in reading or listen to audio or podcast or write-ups in LinkedIn. I do believe the best book that you can read is if you can write a diary of the daily happenings as a story or build as a journal it would be a great reference for you. Believe me, Everybody has not had the same experience only a few have come out as books that might transform but ideally, if you observe the changes in you over a period by writing it down in a journal that will be the biggest thing.
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
There is no ideal term for a Short goal, Your Focus should be on the Long Run which is sustainable and could be executed step by step.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
If you can wait then You have Patience. Everything has a preparatory time, So Be Patient enough to see the transformation. I am a big fan of Jack-Ma, he has knowingly or unknowingly inspired me as his story and my journey I always compare to keep myself moving until I reach the goal.
