We are operating in Tokyo, Japan.At the second year college, I registered NOVIUS Inc. on December 25, 2015 and started business. We are currently doing in in-house and contracted development of AI technology.Our tech allows multiple people to check depth in real time without eye tracking.NOVIUS proprietary 3D technology is applied to X-ray fluoroscopic images to create quasi-3D image, which is used to detect lesion. This is a joint project to apply NOVIUS proprietary AI 3D technology to X-ray fluoroscopic images and to make it possible to find lesions in quasi-3D images.Next year, we will do business not only in Japan but also in the United States.

1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?


What I found most rewarding is When a deal that I negotiated myself comes to a conclusion. Our company has been grown up for Increase operation revenue and gaining customers trust.That heading for more better direction is rewarding.


2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?


As introduced in the profile,I started business When I was the second year college. I had an idea but I was not programmer,That's why I had looked for a programmer to start a company with and met my current CTO. He had built up my idea by all himself.Until now,He has developed a lot of great technology by all himself.Thanks to him,I have worked about 8 years as founder and CEO at AI company called NOVIUS


3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?


Some leader like to drink a cup of coffee they morning.but I'm not.

I wake up ,eat breakfast,and go to office,check e-mails in my inbox,plannning a meeting,focuse on the task,Basically, I finish my work around 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm and don't work overtime.

I always try to go to bed at the same timezone. This will improve the quality of my sleep. and I read a book before going to sleep.


4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?


The most important things is leader to share their vision with team and show them our future.


We are humans, and as humans we need to communicate well.It is also necessary to keep the team in the same mindset.


5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?


What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far?

STEVE JOBS written by WALTER ISAACSON. I really like to respect jobs minds.This book really helped my leadership in many ways.This book also tells the story of Steve Wozniak (co-founder and ex-CTO), who single-handedly designed Apple Ⅰ, and Jobs, and I love the stories the founding period of APPLE .Let me introduce his a few wonderful saying, "I'm convinced that about half of what separates successful entrepreneurs from the non-successful ones is pure perseverance."


"Great things in business are never done by one person. They're done by a team of people."Great saying by Jobs make me greatful creativity and wonderful day work.


6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?


Age doesn't matter,If you have an idea or believe in something in your mind,you are just charge head first towards your dream with someone you believe in.


7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?


I have met many presidents and executives of large companies. The fact that I was able to experience these things at this age, and that I was able to have various experiences based on my own decisions, is a valuable asset to me.
