1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
I believe that the BIGGEST challenge as a leader is not to influence, but to give purpose to those led, to prove how relevant this is to them and with this to obtain greater and more concrete results from those determined.
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
It was an almost natural trajectory, I am always willing to work in the search for solutions to challenges, and this ended up directing me professionally in the leadership role.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I try to keep work within a scale that allows me efficiency and quality of life, always equalizing the time during the days in which I can count on the team and partners necessary for activities to occur normally.
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
I recently learned that NOT EVERYTHING IS UNDER OUR CONTROL, and that's okay, we just need to know how to deal with it, with creativity, flexibility and take advantage of the learning that always comes along with these occasions.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
It wasn't a book, it was access to philosophy due to a great Brazilian reference in the area.
She manages to translate ancient historical teachings into everything a good human being needs.
It made me understand my purposes and direct my ideas towards a life with a greater sense of justice, honor and humanity, as well as greater lightness and greater awareness of myself.
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
Seek to know yourself first.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
RECENTLY I have been receiving feedback about my positive influence on the organizations I advise due to the change not only in the corporate sector, but also in the people under my supervision.
