1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
Leader should face challenge from Mass if they have different opinions, even if leader direct them for positive way they refuse to follow it because everyone looks him or herself as leader This may be a challenge
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
So I'm not actually leader. But I need to be leader. The way influence me to be leader is, I want to change what we have been facing for 10 years, this destroy everything that was built in the country, there is no economic, no peace, no education, no permanent because of regular dispute. Everyone here hates the country all people want to go abroad because of this situation, so I need to be leader to disrupt any challenge in country.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
My structure work must be this. I can wake up at 5: am brush, Wash the face and take tea. After all I can leave for work, spend available hours working,then I go to bed at 11:pm That is my structure.
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
Because I'm not a leader, there is no lesson I have learned. What should be a lesson is providing speech and different things which must be preferred by everyone around and somewhere else.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
There is no book Because I am still yet a leader in this movement.
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
I should tell him or her that don't be Rigid flexibility is the most important quality of your leadership.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
Meaningful story is when wanted to get our independence.
