I prioritize tasks, set goals, and maintain a flexible schedule.
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
The importance of active listening and empathy.

"Leaders Eat Last" by Simon Sinek. It reinforced the value of servant leadership and caring for the team's well-being, which has become a core principle in my leadership approach.
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
Invest in continuous learning and self-improvement.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
I remember a time when a team member was struggling with a project. Instead of reprimanding them, I offered guidance and support. The individual not only completed the project successfully but also became one of our top performers, reminding me of the power of mentorship and encouragement in leadership.
