1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

Managing to choose the best plan to optimize your startup with

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

When I was younger, I always wanted to participate in Leadership competitions and public speaking... I was doing any project I had to do to win but with QUALITY. One Day, I participated in a TV-Show Making Competition, there I showed my skills and tried to give my best to WIN, which was the case. From there, I scaled up and tried to swim in the Leadership World. Always remember quality over quantity.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Trying setting up all the goals that need to be achieved in a single day, then writing them in a peace of paper and order them by importance so you can start by the most important task.

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

When you are leading a big team, don't try to find a perfect one, just try to look at the perfect side of it, focus on it, and with time, all negative things will be removed easily and you will achieve what you want. Sometimes, perfect teams from the beginning don't win because they never learned lessons.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

I didn't know if something like this existed, but when I saw the Book: "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen Covey, I discovered that you had only to apply for a few roles in the small habits you do every day like waking up, to be successful.

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

If you are young, learn, never say you learned although you won't be the person you want to be. Make your plan, be focused, don't waste time with bad friends or the environment, and meet successful people. When you meet some of them, you will find yourself weak. Dream big, but work intelligent, engagement with performance is Success.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

Yes! I remember very well that I was working with a successful friend on a project. We were discussing a part and he asked me a question in the afternoon, then I answered him. I went to sleep after, I woke up and I found that he sent me a message saying "Ok", at 4:28 am! Then I realized that I had to work more wisely and wake up at a successful time to achieve more goals in life.
