1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

Unpredictable bussiness moving forward

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Almost serving other, inspire them amd live long with them, courage and lead them and ceuising together

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Balance my proffesional and personal life. Ussually ride a bike every morning before going my proffesional life. Enjoy the moment and try to find new things and challange myself to another milestones and lets done our task everyday

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

Servant leadership, trust and honest to all our life and experience.

Why I should follow you. This book teach me our leadership represent my skill, competency and my character to be follow by others
