1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
As a CEO of Sanbrites Consultancy the most challenge I have found is human resource,
People are of different kinds and you have to adjust and be patient with people.sometimes you meet rude people and you have to be sober and don't ruin your image.
Another thing competition, we are in a world of competition you must do your best to achieve
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
Some things we just have them inside us, it started while I was a kid, I always found my self leading groups in church, school etc, then as I grew up I was choosen as the headgirl in my high school. Later after joining work I was promoted form a clerk to a manager, later I discover I have great skills and leadership to lead a team, cause wherever I am I mobilize and work with teams
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
My schedules are always planned one day before or something earlier before, and by the time it's morning I have wake up pray, since that's what that leads my day, then breakfast and any work around house and getting ready between specific time, later I leave 1hour before time to avoid traffic and being late, then when am at work I know what's my schedule which clients to talk to,or what work to start with till 1pm and we have a break of 1hour, later at 2pm we are back and continue with work till 5pm but if there is an urgent work we take an overtime to finish up. After work I head home take a shower, watch some movies for few hrs and relax then take my dinner, then pray before sleeping and I sleep knowing what's for tommorow.
