1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
Addressing all the pain points and execute the same by prioritizing
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
Self-motivation is the key. Leader is not by the title whereas the action that you demonstrate will make you as a leader
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
Wake up early and do meditation and identify what things are an immediate priority. Work towards that and move to the next. Have a great lunch as small as possible and read lots of books and listen to music. Then go to bed with a peaceful and calm mind
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
Be humble and go down to earth. As well as demonstrate empathy throughout as everybody has something within themselves to share. Active Listening is key to success
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
Angel of Fire by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. Very interesting and thoughtful. This is his own practical demonstration of how he became the Rocket Man and his contribution towards the Indian Space Research Organization.
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
Always listen. Be active and demonstrate what you can do. Empathy Empath Empathy - Always demonstrate this
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
Demonstrate the Diplomacy like Krishna in Bhagavad Gita. He is a great leader and can be referenced anytime and all time
