1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?


I have managing diverse teams and balancing conflicting priorities challenging. Effective communication, decision-making, and adapting to change are common hurdles.


2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?


Become leaders through a combination of skills, experience, and qualities like effective communication, decision-making, and the ability to inspire and guide others. Leadership often evolves through learning, experience, and demonstrating qualities that others find inspiring and trustworthy.


3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?


The structure of my workday:


1. Morning: Wake Up: Start the day with a consistent wake-up time. Morning Routine: Include activities like exercise, breakfast, and personal care. Planning: Review tasks for the day and set priorities.


2. Work Hours: Start Work: Begin work at a designated time. Focused Work: Tackle high-priority tasks during your peak focus hours. Breaks: Take short breaks to maintain productivity and well-being.


3. Lunch: Lunch Break: Allocate time for a balanced meal and a brief break from work.

4. Afternoon: Work Continuation: Resume tasks, addressing midday priorities. Meetings: Schedule meetings during the afternoon, if necessary. Collaboration: Engage in team discussions and collaborative work.

5. Evening: Wind Down: Gradually transition from work tasks to winding down activities. Personal Development: Allocate time for learning or personal projects. Dinner: Enjoy a well-deserved dinner.


6. Night: -Relaxation: Engage in activities that help relax the mind. Preparation for Next Day: Review tomorrow's tasks and plan accordingly.


7. Sleep: -Bedtime Routine: Establish a consistent bedtime routine for better sleep quality.


4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?


For the first time, I have read Leadership Role:


1. **Listen Actively:** Understand the perspectives of your team members and actively listen to their ideas and concerns.


2. **Build Relationships:** Foster positive relationships with your team members. Establish trust and open communication.


3. **Set Clear Expectations:** Clearly communicate expectations regarding roles, responsibilities, and performance standards.

5. **Learn Continuously:** Stay open to learning and adapting. Leadership is a continuous learning journey.
