1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
Teamwork management is the most challenging one and it creates more success for the company.
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I have gained professional experience and knowledge of the work where I can guide and lead my team to complete all the tasks effectively and efficiently.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I will properly make the schedule each day I wake up and complete the task at the required time before I go to sleep.
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
Being polite with team members supports them and guides them whenever they mistakes but never get angry with them or shout at them which may affect the work.
