1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
Resources optimal utilization and continued motivation of people work under me.
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I performed well for a few months and then enthusiastically participated in installation of new machines. So, my zeal lift me up and top management pick me for Leadership role with much challenges a head.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I maintain To-do-List on daily basis to prioritize my work and to not miss any important work needs to be done in certain instance. Also, I divide a week activities in days separately.
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
Leadership is all about sacrifices because you must achieve targets, motivate and develop your followers. Your vision must push you for more to do.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
I have only role models of my previous companies leaders and certain national leaders that I follow them somehow. Also, my inner and by birth leadership attributes lead me thus way.
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
Be open-minded to all your staff. Must not be too friendly and observe INDIVIDUAL Accountability for all about work assigned to them.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
It's not story, but I can say that by the dint of time, I have shown much skills and abilities to lead the staff and maintaining effectiveness at work in its totality. Your success is your will and vision.
