1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

Being a leader requires a strong sense of self-assurance, a willingness to consider diverse perspectives, and a perpetual drive for personal growth and innovation. One of the greatest hurdles I have faced as a leader is the task of identifying like-minded individuals whom I can depend on and have faith in.

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Throughout my career, I have never once claimed the title of a leader. Instead, my focus has always been on advocating for those who have been overlooked and marginalized, for I firmly believe that each and every person holds immense value and should have their voices acknowledged and appreciated. Transparency, respect, and above all, honesty, have been the guiding principles of my approach.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I begin my morning routine with music that uplifts my spirit. In the pursuit of success, I diligently inscribe my goals, ensuring their manifestation through unwavering focus. At night, I find solace in the art of stretching and the practice of Pilates, nurturing my physical and mental well-being.

I revel in the company of my beloved animals, immerse myself in my hearing about my children's day, and ending my evening in writing Poetry about the trials and tribulations of daily life through self-reflection.

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

Lately, I've been reminded of the significance of carving out some personal time for myself.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

"The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse" by Charlie Mackesy is an exquisite masterpiece that delves into the profound themes of love, friendship, and trust. It serves as a poignant reminder of the vital role trust and communication play in leadership, influence, and motherhood.

In the fast-paced business world, where success hinges on effective relationships, this book serves as a guiding light, emphasizing the paramount importance of trust and open lines of communication. Unconditional love, a priceless treasure, should be cherished and held dear, never to be forgotten amidst the hustle and bustle of the corporate realm.

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

My advice to young leaders is despite the numerous setbacks, to remain resolute and undeterred by rejection in order to successfully pursue your dreams.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

A young boy approached me seeking guidance to achieve academic success and improve his self-assurance, as well as his communication with his parents. This encounter left a lasting impression on me, highlighting the importance of being genuine and embracing imperfections, as they add to the uniqueness of our world.
