6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

Be self motivated, be inspired to break the storm. Dont depend on others .Dreams are not limited by circumstances, they are fueled by our relentless pursuit to greatness. Embrace the power of innovation, build your own path towards that greatness and watch your dreams take flight

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

That meaningful story was a strategi decision many years ago. Its a long one that encourages strategic thinking and being smart. It was about practical operation of an excavator which I learnt on the job, just for the purpose of ensuring I dont engage consultants to test the equipment before I purchase it in far away Korea. I went to school to learn how to operate the excavator and when I got to Korea to purchase it, I did the operation and moved the excavator myself to the admiration of many present and thereby, avoiding paying huge sums of money for it to be tested. There are many more stories captured in my book.
