1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
The most challenging for me as a leader is to find the consequences of the decision, if it doesn't go well according to planning.
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I joined an organisation as a fresher. Time passed quickly and my senior who trained me left the organisation and left my juniors and me behind. From that point, I took the responsibility to lead a team for the smooth functioning of projects and tasks.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
Structuring work days is quite a bit typical task. First I manage the most prioritized tasks and then based on the importance of the task and severity.
