In this regard, I am thankful to all those people I met on the way to my 24 years of agro industry. As during this journey, I met thousands of people and I had taken away from every person, which actually contributed to build me as leader. Along with everyone, family all time support to work and deliver your role freely can't be ignored; especial thanks to them for sure to keep my journey ON.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I am a morning person, morning time is dedicated to myself for working and my family to have breakfast together; whenever I am home. Always create a list for the day to complete the tasks. As Growero is growing, so activity mix is there, pre-determined, and some sudden meetings to keep it rolling for business delivery. Lunch with the team gives a relax and recharge for rest of the day. Recharge and Repeat.

One fine day, Growero planned to spread its wings across India to serve the farmers nationwide. It was a big dream, however possible. We were 37 37-member team initially, and present in 3 states. Crafted a blueprint of the dream, and planned the project in small tasks and timelines. With the significant contribution of the team, we completed the task in just 5 months. We are now a Growero family of more than 200 and are present in 19 states across India. " Big dreams, begin with small steps: working as one team leads to big delivery."
