1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?


It's been very challenging expecting everyone to have my values as a leader.


2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?


Being a calm and brilliant student in high school, i was less of conversation and Teachers felt that I should be a leader. That's how I was made the class prefect for Four years.


3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?


I have my own schedule every day. Depending on what I'm attending to, I sometimes become flexible to curb emergencies. But on a normal day, I wake up, pray, chack my email,have my shower, breakfast then leaves the house to job. After job I return home,have my fitness exercise then latter have my dinner before sleeping.


4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?


A leader is a vessel transporting the vision of the people below him/her/them.


5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?


Betrayal in the city. This book gives a better understanding of poor leadership and in another way paints the pictures of corrupt and irresponsible leaders. It helped me understand the importance of Transparency and competence in leadership.


6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?


They should feel free to take up leadership positions without any fear.


7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?


There was a time I had to make a negative decision to make sure that a positive result was a chieved. Leaders have to be sober in decision making and can sometimes make negative decisions to achieve positive results.
