1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

One of the most challenging aspects of leadership for me has been consistently maintaining team belief in our goals, keeping them motivated, and ensuring a cohesive and supportive team dynamic, even as individual members evolve and develop.

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I became a leader when faced with a disorganized situation that required initiative and someone to take charge. Recognizing the need for direction, I stepped up, and as people around me entrusted responsibilities, I embraced the role and its responsibilities.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Upon waking, I start with prayer and organize my thoughts and daily schedule. I allocate time for reading, learning, and overseeing the activities I'm involved in. Problem solving, meetings, and calls within my scope are addressed throughout the day. After work, I reflect on the day's events, providing feedback, and unwind or spend time with friends

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

A recent lesson is the importance of consistently appreciating and conveying the team's value. Ensuring they feel motivated, loved, and confident in their abilities fosters a positive environment, even in challenging situations.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

"The Leadership Challenge" has significantly influenced my approach. It emphasizes setting standards, articulating a compelling vision, seeking innovation, empowering others, and celebrating achievements. This framework resonated with me, shaping my leadership style and reinforcing the importance of inspiring a shared vision.

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

I would advise a young leader to never cease evolving and growing. Cherish your team, believe in them, and don't lose your leadership spirit in the face of challenges. True leadership is built through various experiences, not merely through a title.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

During my time leading the training and development committee for a youth organization, I encountered challenges in a national project. Despite being responsible for my city, I felt a sense of duty towards other cities facing issues. I stepped up to assist, leading some of these cities to success. This experience taught me the impact of responsibility and how true leaders emerge during crises, becoming a solution and remedy.
