1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
The ability to communicate a vision and have the team carry it with the same Energy I do.
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I had set the right virtues, for myself, ambitions to stay with the right people, honestly it was a personal initiative, unknown to me that someone had observed that, and they were choose me to succeed, his previous Capacity as a Leader. from there, it has been a journey of leader. People see potential and ambition things that are not gotten physically.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
When i get up i always have to take up a cold shower, there's something about cold showers that gives you that power you'll need for the day, next as i make sure i dress up, properly, this is personal branding at it's best, before i get out of the door i like sitting down and writing down some of the projects i aim to achieve, even when i am working on a clients project, i remember that i am my own projects so not forgetting this i always aim for ways to build capacity. Then, I am ready to tackle what the day has for me.
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
The lesson i have been reminded is, the greatest accomplishment as a leader is touching the lives of people, people remember how you changed their minds, lives and values, so i have learnt that before you speak on your achievements as a leader, have a humane character first, that is what makes people connect to a leader.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
John C Maxwell's Series of books on leadership highlights the steps of a leader, how to have an impact, and the levels of leadership. It is a great guide, and I used it during my early stages as a leader.
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
The world is already full of people who do things that please the world; whatever is needed is a new taste of your leadership. do not adapt to how things work; bring a new fragrance. People have not yet tasted from you, so believe in yourself and what change you bring to the world.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
The Story of Joseph in the Bible, Joseph was a chosen Leader however for his, leadership to be established he had to keep to his principles, become a man on honor so that whatever he carries can be channeled properly to the people, this reminds me of my ability to stay bold in what i agree on not to be swayed but stay as a bold leader even when times seem trying.
