Teaching reentry how to transition back into the economy, teaching them how to become business owners and creating generational wealth for their friends and family. Our course is 40% Life skills 60% business, and 100% love. We teach entrepreneurial skill, and business start up , Financial literacy, Credit Repair.

1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
Balancing work and Personal life.
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I didn't become a leader, I was born a leader...I have never fit in with Noone or nowhere, I have always thought outside the box , So I always knew I wasn't made to be like everyone else So a leader isn't what I became , A leader is what I am.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I get up at 5:30am And walk my dogs while my coffee brewing , I do a 20min workout then shower. Get dressed , head to the office And go through all my messages on every platform then respond, Take the days meetings that's scheduled , Teach at least one training and check in with the students personally (case manage) GO home have a zoom meeting with partners for updates And if it's early the rest of the night belongs to my family.
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
" A dream is free but the hussle is sold separately ".
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
The book of God's and Earth's...It made me more aware of knowledge of self.
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
This is a marathon not a sprint , Take your time.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
I was told I can't do it... Now we know they are liars.
