1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

The most challenging part about being a leader. There are things that I can’t do for people and I need them to want to do it for themselves. I can have all the answers but I need to give people space and autonomy to problem solve.

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I became a leader by being the hardest worker in the whatever room I was in. But also by having the desire to help others succeed.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I sleep 6-8 hours a day. I wake up every day at 6-7 AM I then train my wife, drink water, play with my kids read a book, get ready for work. I host a serious of different meeting with everyone from my trainers to other managers discussing about the month and how to go about achieving the results. My job is to lead by example by making sales and doing consultations with new members. My day can look different and sometimes looks similar from day to day.

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

There no loses just lessons. The lesson I learned was it’s ok to take some autonomy away and that it is a reward for those deserve it.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

Winning Tim Grover. After reading that book I realized I’m not a lone in this race. And that the path looks similar for other winners.

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

Be the example of what you want the people following to do. Let your action be louder then your words.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

A meaningful story was helping by giving him the blueprint of being the top PT in the company.
