1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
Time Management, planning, Decision Making etc.
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
How do I become a leader? Be a shepherd not a sheep. The sheep are the people who follow the crowd and do everything everybody else is doing. Whereas the shepherd is the one leading the sheep, is creative, is innovative, and isn't afraid to walk their own path.
2. Do the opposite of what most people do. Most people watch too much TV, club too much, hardly read books, hardly educate themselves daily, blow money they don't have too much, focus on saving too much, complain, bitch, moan, and blame other people too much.
Most people do as their told, don't do what they believe in, believe anything their told which is why the How can I become a good leader? What traits should leaders have? What makes a good leader? What makes a good leader? What are the qualifications of a leader? How do I become a leader? What kind of a leader am I? What should I do to become an effective leader? Speak the vision/goal/objective. Speak it. Speak it - you already have all the training you need to do that. Speak it, write it, blog it, convey it, YouTube it, but carry the torch and never put it down. Do that every day and in every circumstance. Never ever give up your opportunity to re-state that goal or that vision and pass it to or hold it up for others to see.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
Morning Routine 2. Set clear goals. 3. Work blocks. 4. Prioritize Tasks. 5. Meeting & Collaboration. 6. Lunch break. 7. Afternoon focus. 8. Reflect & plan. 9. Exercise. 10. Evening wind down. 11. Quality Sleep. 12. Personal time.
Adjust this framework based on my preferences, job requirements, and personal circumstances. Regular breaks, a healthy work-life balance, and self-care contribute to sustained productivity and well-being.
