5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

Bible

I learn leadership about bad decisions, good decisions and their consequences. I also recieve council for valuing people and the life of service, I also learn about attitude that are both good and bad with their effect, I learned how to make good assumptions, I also learn that belief or faith according to the book is very important to give motivation that their is still a way out in everything resistance, and most.important I learn my purpose and what is expected of me by people so I have to add and create value base on relationship utilizing Wisdom. But most importantly the book help me with my relationship with the Almighty God and the wisdom to lead my family and people for His glory because one day I will stand before Him to give account to everything I did and I want to hear Him say "Well done my good and faithful son."

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

Your in this time for a greater cause beyond your duties, you're so valuable to create and add value so lead with purpose and create a desired future for your organization that everyone will benefit and even it will have competative advantages over your successors for generations.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

When I recommend the projects that will help in students learning through free internet services and elibrary, it was in 2017 and 3 years later in 2020 all of the school was in access to free wifi and elibrary and zoom learning with reporting using digital. The learning becomes so effective and efficient for both students and staffs. That's a good story to continue encourage students that they must always choose good thinking approach when face with situations for better outcome not rapidly tbut gradually inline with the trend world is heading.
