1. What have you found most challenging as an Educational Leader?

Educational authorities Lack open-mindedness and resist change.

2. How did you become an Educational Leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

At Homerton College Cambridge I was disappointed at the lack of Innovative and Dynamic Educational Systems. Apart from Montessori, Waldorf and Summerhill, I found the current educational systems lacking in ingenuity. When I started teaching, I experienced that schools in London were often fear and shame-based. This motivated me to transform schools into student-based, ' Brilliance-based' schools.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

First meditation, celery juice, one hour's planning and responding to emails. One hour's fun break.Running. Light lunch. Meetings. Reading/ Inspiring and informative movies. Meditation. Sleep.

4. What's a recent lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of as an Educational Leader?

To find the most committed global Leaders in Education and collaborate with them.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your journey as an Educational Leader so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted you?

'Awaken the Giant Within' by Tony Robbins. We all have Power and Genius within us. It's up to us as Educational leaders to awaken, discover and nurture Every student's Ubique Genius!

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young educator who aspires to be an Educational Leader, what would you say to them?

Love your students, bring out the unique Brilliance in them and nurture it!

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as an Educational Leader, so far?

I once tested my Educational Life -Training at St Quentin's Prison with 50 participants. The Purpose was to Discover and Reinforce their True Identity and Success profile and Reinforce their inauthentic blueprint. I was told by one participant: ' Hey lady! You can come back anytime!' Another participant left, singing like an angel.

Yet another wrote to me to say he was sceptical but he had nothing else to do in his cell than read his new Identity Blueprint Vision sheet. He wrote that something inside him 'clicked.' Within 2 months he left prison and within another month he wrote again to say that he had a job in Seattle and that his life was changed forever.
