1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
I find marketing most challenging as a leader. Sometimes you have to ensure you continue and keep up with the marketing tools. Marketing changes every day and sometimes you have to start on your own for a while. It is very costly and time-consuming.
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I became a leader in 2005 when I became a childhood education teacher. After diving my way into healthcare I started coaching, training, and becoming an entrepreneur.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I have a balance which is sometimes hard to keep up with. I will say this you must be disciplined. I start my days with morning routines and evening routines three days a week. I also give myself a cut-off time to wind down for the day.

One recent leadership lesson I have learned was to learn to keep pivoting and remain consistent.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
I have several books but one book that has impacted my life is the "Bible". I say this because I can apply not only kingdom principles but the truth in my daily life as well as spiritually. It also represents how to be wise in life and business naturally and spiritually.
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
Stay rooted and grounded in your purpose. Don't give up on life.
