1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
As a leader I find most difficult to make tough decision because those decision are likely to have a significant impact on the organization and team members. Decision is to be carefully thought and considered.
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I became a leader firstly at my first job with Chi Nigeria Limited, as a sale executive, I was a driving force to my market channel/territory success, and I was able to bring positive sale impact and growth to my team's achievement to meeting targeted sale every month. Also being a leader at my religious organization, because I was able to bring impacted learning at the academics' department.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
My work structure is always clearly stated in my daily itinerary book, with this I am able to properly work without errors and stress.
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
My most recent leadership lesson learnt and am always reminded of is that; I should always be a pacesetter of grandeur and skills worthy of impact.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
MY BIBLE and ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING...are books that I read and had been a great insight to my leadership growth. while the bible taught me that the basis of life is on true love and salvation; the later book helped me in achieving personal fulfilment
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
BE OPTIMISTIC AND STAY FOCUSED
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
STAYING TRUE TO YOUR CALLING. I once was had a secretary, who manipulated an account and after we had an audit session, the lapses were seen but for the fact that "I stayed true to my callings as a leader, I didn't dare cover up but rather communicated the fault and we made a rightful decision to curbing reoccurrence of such events.
