1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

I feel the most challenging part of being a leader is having a work and life balance.

Life has a way of giving us unexpected things at times.

Overcoming the challenge, and often sharing how you overcame this with others makes a difference.

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Initially, by saying YES to an opportunity to attend a business overview, I joined the Business, and I am an Independent Consultant with All Communications Network.

This then led to joining networking groups, becoming Business of the year, and making the finals for business awards.

Then I joined other Businesses and became an Independent Consultant, with Enagic- Life changing water.

Neumi- the Importance of Glutathione for your body.

Becoming a best-selling Author- sharing my story.

Four Co-authored books so far with more to come.

Touching Hearts and Changing Lives.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I start my day with gratitude, meditation, exercises.

Then from Brian Tracey's daily affirmation/inspiration quotes, write it on my calendar.

Read from Zig Ziglar's leaders daily.

Read from Louise Hay's daily calendar of inspiration quotes and share on social media.

Have a healthy breakfast, drink my life changing water from my Enagic K8 water machine, the importance of clean and healthy drinking water.

Check my calendar of events- some of the networking events are morning, some evening.

Spend time with my 92yr. old Dad, have lunch with him most days, he is in a care home now.

Have a healthy meal at night.

Then attend the networking events, as scheduled, for that evening, businesses supporting businesses.

Finish my day with Gratitude.

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

From Mary Morrisey- The Power of Self Confidence.

To quiet the voice of my inner critic and give me greater faith in myself and my own abilities, so I can bring my best, most authentic self to every interaction and situation I find myself in.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.

The Millionaires Bible.

Each chapter has a special message, and the importance of reading it more than once, as you take in more each time.

Desire, Faith, Auto Suggestion, Specialized Knowledge, Imagination, Organized Planning, Decision, Persistence, Power of the Master Mind, Mystery of Sexual Transmutation, Subconscious Mind, Brain, Sixth Sense.

A practical, proven step by step system for transforming, your dreams into reality.

The power of the subconscious mind, has led me to winning awards, being a finalist, becoming an Author and more.

You put it out there, it's amazing where it will take you.

Saying, YES to opportunities that have come my way, I am living my dreams.

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

Imagine, saying YES to any opportunity that comes along, where it can take you.

Opportunities present themselves daily,

Always be ready.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

I said YES, to the opportunity to attend Tony Robbins event,

Unleash the Power Within.

I did the FIREWALK, if I can FIREWALK, I can do anything.

I'm UNSTOPPABLE.
