1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
Managing a group of divers understanding
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I became a leader from my local church when I was appointed as a choir leader, music director and currently a youth leader
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I have to design my daily template ahead of the day
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
The recent one is when I was asked to fix a date, month and week for our youth day event
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
How great mind succeed
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
My advice will be, they should learn how to be patient, take responsibility for failed and successful task, never let others to over influence his/her action on matters without relevant review of all the followers
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
The biblical story of what cause the separation of the apostles during the early church.
