1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
Delegating, setting boundaries, micromanaging, and listening to clients more than my internal clients.
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
Because I wanted to impact other lives, when I give to others I give myself, because I want to tell a story, my story. I love impulsing others and giving them the freedom to choose.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
First I drank my mate, I looked outside, I was grateful, and then texted my friends and family, and sometimes a client that I love. Put some music, and start to work.
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
Delegating is the queen of the grow. Elevating the prices and starting to say no to the no-fit clients.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
El Lado B del amor, I've applied to my clients and societies. And ontologie coaching.
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
Find your purpose and the golden why you do what you do. And work for the cost no for the applause. And that way you will be playing, not working.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
When I coached 200 women one of them was at war and was listening the noises.
