1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

Leading a team, cause everyone has their own mentality whenever there’s an issue in the team whether its personal or official issue. We need to tackle the team with holding the unity between them.

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Im not sure that im a perfect leader & im the one who is most eligible for leadership qualities. Instead of that i can guarantee that i can manage multiple things/ multitasking which is the most efficient characteristic quality in a leadership skill.

During my UG im having my major project on hybrid electric vehicles, at that time im having less time to submit my project within the time , without any errors. That was a covid time , so my colleagues in the project they were not responding in time. So i faced many challenges to complete my project & to hold my team.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Im excited to answer this question. Well, im not say that Ill prepare some timetable or any chart that pasted on my wall & ill work on that. Everyone need a vision to work & as well as we need a plan to execute the task without errors. Usually i fix my vision into subparts for the execution. Before that ill prepare myself theoretically about the task, after that i start into techinall by breaking them into stagewise.

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

For leadership we need to consider some formulas,

Like IRON TRAINGLE. That includes some modes like Cost, Quality, Time, Risk.

If we use this mechanism then we can lead a successful leadership in the management. We can consider this formula as an initial step to become or to start our career as a leader

5. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

Be open to continuous learning and adaptability. The ability to learn from experiences, stay curious, and adapt to new challenges is crucial for effective leadership in a dynamic environment
