The transitions, like from small teams to big teams or from one team to multiple teams

Natural progression

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Clear admin, clear urgent work, clear important work. Set up plans.

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

Don’t argue with illogical people.

Don’t stick extremes, always adopt an in between or flexible method of working.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

One of my mentors gave me an advice which sticks to me for life. Learn to be efficient when young.
