Started my career in Greece in the Banking Industry in Greece for 12 years after i moved to the United states 12 years ago and started as a Production Manager in Tier 1 Automotive industry.. In the Automotive industry i was withheld several position (Production Manager, Operations Manager, CI and Engineering Manager.... i left the Automotive industry after 9 years and moved to the RV industry as my current position last 3 years

1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
Mindset Changing, people they are afraid changes.
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I was a very determined personality, always i had Goals where i need to go and vision, Listening to people and had always the best effort to learn, i was never afraid to do something different and always did my best.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I waking up always around 4:30am-5am, exercise, meditating before work, weekend and at night a lot of times reading a books.
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
Respect and Listen to the people voices and understand the Voice of the Business and the voice of the Customer.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
Be always kind and Respectful and Listen to the people.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
An employee came to me crying, i am glad give him time to talk and told me all about the personal issues and why he didn't performed as it should be Always listen to the people and be approachable you never know each person what have been dealing with.
