1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

As a leader leading other by any situation and conditions to make them my followers.

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I graduate in leadership and development studies with degree from collage so I employed in local peace and security office by being competent for the position as a director.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

More than 8 hours a day and more than 48 hours a week.

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

Its written by my local language Amharic the book topic is the skills of leadership qualities and wisdom of leadership. the impact of the story of book is many things but as a leader the skills of leadership and wisdom are the most important and major matters for a leader.

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

They have know the coast request to be leader and they have to develop their leadership skills and the wisdom of leadership by learning from experience of scholars in the field and reading the books written in the subject and exercise by thier day to day life.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

Before 2 years a go i become in the new position to act as a director of the department but the position and my teams makes me challenge by different dimensions to continue as a director in the office so i say for my self what can i do ? so i decide to be patient for the lesson and to share the experience of others which are acted in the some position by taking their advice then gradually i adoptive with the position and its request coast the result is i become to success.
