1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

1. Finding the Right Business Collaboration Partner, Professional Associates who share the similar pride as you do regarding your Business Brands.

2. Assembling a like-minded team and building Group Cohesiveness with limited resources.

3. Lack of Honest People, More Opportunistic in Nature.

4. Limited Time Compared to Infinite Aspirations and Goals.

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

"Soubir, you have to be a Leader", this was the mantra that was embossed in my DNA since my childhood since I hail from family of Military, Freedom Fighters, Judges, Doctors, Management consultants and Other Think Tanks.

My parents and grandparents always motivated me to be a good human being first and then do something great to make this world a better place for living beings.

While growing up in the 90s era, I saw my father as an Ace Management Guru as Senior Partner in Management Consulting Firms like Arthur Andersen, Andersen Consulting, KPMG, Strategic Decisions Group by Stanford GSB.

He always narrated incidents and events at Client Companies, how they as consultants had to fight dirty corporate politics in order to implement the beneficial business solutions for strategic client growth.

My father used to motivate me by saying, "Soubir, one day, when you become a CEO/Business Leader, you will do the same thing", which was to be tough against an unhealthy environment and take care of the positive aspects.

When I moved from Corporate Life to Entrepreneurship in 2017, by default, I became a leader by implementing my vision and idea to create multiple ventures of my own

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

I keep my work hours very focused and limited, as I tend to fragment my time between work and social life.

For example, when I wake up at 9 am, thereafter till 12 pm I finish my shower, meditation, breakfast and then 12 pm to 6 pm my work schedule follows and thereafter 6 pm to 11 pm is devoted for Socializing, Meditation and Gym during which I tend to keep my phone away from me.

Post 11 pm, it's Late-Night Television Time, along with working on creative Public Relations work until 2 am while watching TV.

My daily schedule, in general, has multiple breaks in between and is pretty unconventional compared to 8 am - 5 pm or 9 am- 6 pm, as we see in conventional working hours

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

Be Strong on Governance and Ethics because Business Rivals are looking for that one mistake to pull you down.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

The Bhagvat Gita, the Holy Book of Hinduism, has taught us Strategy, Diplomacy, Politics, Law, and Management through real-life situations arising from disputes between right and wrong.

It teaches us how one may need to bend the law for a greater cause in doing the right thing and holding up to higher ethical standards.

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

Failures, Setbacks, and Getting Cheated is Real Life Training, On The Job Knowledge Gathering Process to becoming a Leader

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

First Impressions are Not Last Impressions. Most Times, first impressions are wrongly portrayed.

There's no specific time limit to which you can know a person because people change; wheels of transformation are always on the move.
