Former assistant manager in monotoring drugs in pharmaceutical stores as option (pharmacies) with 15 years experience.

9 years experience in pharmaceutical inductry representation, regulatory and consultancies in the Republic of Guinea West Africa.

1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?


AS A LEADER I HAVE FOUND THE MOST CHALLENGING IS HOW TO GO FROM UNIVERSITY STUDIES, PROFESSIONAL TRAININGS AND WORK EXPRIENCES TO DETECT SOCIAL NEEDS AND CONNECT THEM TO SOLUTIONS VIA GROUPING ALL INVOLVED PARTIES WITH HARMONY AND ETHIC


2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?


I BECOME A LEADER BY THE POWER OF CREATING DIFFERENCIES STARTING BY BEING THE FIRST OF THE CLASS IN SCHOOL AND AFTER STUDIES, TRAININGS AND PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCES, I WAS ABLE TO CREATE ADAPTED ENTERPRISE TO THE DEMANDS OF THE PHARMACEUTICAL MARKET CONNECTING INDUSTRIES TO LOCAL HEALTHCARE SYSTEM PROVIDING REPRESENTATION, REGULATORY & MARKETING TO ACHIEVE BEST SALES VIA PRODUCTS AWARENESS BY RECREUITED AND TRAINED MEDICAL DELEGATES WHO DO DOW-TO-DOW DAILLY MEETINGS WITH HEALTH PROFESSIONALS.

THIS PROCESS CREATE A LEAD OF TEAMS (PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY- HEALTH MINISTRY-LOCAL DISTRIBUTORS- MY MEDICAL PROMOTION COMPANY & OGNs ETC).


3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?


EVERYDAY IS A VERY BUSY DAY FOR US LEADERS BASED ON FIXED APPOINTMENTS ADAPTED TO IMPORTANCE, TIMELINE OF OUR GLOBAL PARTNERS PROGRAMS. DEPENDING ON THE DIVERSITY ZONES OF OUR BUSINESS PARTNERS COMPARING TO OUR ZONE, I ADAPT MY WORK AND SLEEP TO DAY AND NIGHT DEPENDING ON PARTNERS PROGRAMS. WHAT IS SURE ON THE 24 HOURS, I HAVE ALWAYS A TIME TO WORK, SLEEP, RELAX, DO A LITTLE SPORT, MUSIC AND TALK WITH FAMILY AFTER SETTING PROGRAMS OF BUSINESS PARTNERS.


4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?


I HAVE NEVER TAKEN SPECIAL COURSE FOR LEADERSHIP FOR CEDRTIFICATION BUT MY CURIOSITY PUSHES ME READ REGULAR NEWSLETTERS ON LEADERSHIP ON LINKEDIN, AND I INTUITIVELY DEVELOP LEADERSHIP VIA INTERCONNECTING HEALTH TEAMS AND INDUSTRIES VIA MARKET ADAPTED EFFICIENT, AVAILLABLE AND ACCESSIBLE PRODUCTS MANAGEMENT FOR THE TREATMENT OF DISEASES.


5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?


OLIVIER NAPOLEON HILL *THING AND GROW RICH* 1937 AFTER READING THIS ROMANCE I GOT CONFIDENT SPIRIT IN MYSELF THAT USEFUL USE OF MY BRAIN, SENSE AND EXPERIENCE CAN BE RESPONSE OF HUMAN BEING NEEDS WHICH SATISFACTION CAN GENERATE ENDLESS WEALTH. SIR HILL'S BOOK HELPS PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT TO PUT IN PRACTICE. PUTTING HILL'S BOOK INSTRUCTIONS IN PRACTICE HELPS TO CONNECT PROBLEMS TO SOLUTIONS IMPLEMENTING THROUGH MATERIALISATION OF DREAMS VIA CONCRETE CREATIVITIES (ENTREPRISES, LEADERSHIP, MANAGEMENT, CREATION OF TRANSPARENT RELATIONSHIP, PERMANENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT...).


6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?


FOR A YOUNG LEADER I ADVICE TO BE FOCUSED, PERSPICACE AND FLEXIBLE TO ADAPT EACH SITUATION TO ITS CONTEXT IN THE POSITIVE SENSE TO BE WINNER NO MATTER HOW LONG THE JOURNEY TAKES.


7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?


AT THE TIME OF SELETION OF PRODUCTS FROM THE LIST OF OUR PHARMACEUTICAL MANUFACTURERS, THE ALWAYS PROPOSE SALES FORECAST MONTHLY AND ANNUALLY, BUT OUR EXPERIENCE OF THE MARKET HELPS SELECT MEDICINES OF HIGH DEMANDS WHICH GET CONTROL ON ALL SUPPLY CHAIN TEAMS. FINNALLY OUR PRODUCTS CREATE HIGH DEMANDS OF CUSTOMERS WHICH MAKES BUSINESS GROWTH, GENERATE MORE PROFITS, CREATE EMPLOYEES & MANY SERVICES.


RESEARCH OF NICE PRODUCTS TO SATISFY MARKET NEEDS IS THE MOST MEANINGFUL STORY THAT COMES IN MY MIND SA A BUSINESS LEADER.


ONCE THE INDUSTRY PRODUCTION IS ADAPTED TO THE MARKET NEEDS, REGULATION AND MARKETING ALL TARGETS ARE REACHABLE.
