1. What have you found most challenging as an Educational Leader?

Financial pressures.

2. How did you become an Educational Leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

Passionate about education as it transformed my life in so many ways, opening doors and enabling me to achieve my ambitions.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Work is an activity for me, not a location so I can run my organisations and business interests from anywhere. It's also about focus. I only spend a few hours each day working, but those hours matter.

4. What's a recent lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of as an Educational Leader?

Keep the main thing the main thing.
