1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
Prepare quality members
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I became a leader because i had four years of experience and was considered capable. After being appointed as a leader, I began preparing quality members so that workand project could run optimally. Being a leader is my passion because i like making decisions by minimizing risks.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I put my work schedule in my planner and smartphone, any work that has not been completed cannot be replaced, my motto is "postponing work is solving problems"
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
Calculating work result, negotiating politics diplomatically and healty communication between members.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
In islam there al-Tibr Al-Masbuq fi Nashaih al-mulk book (Kitab) that teachers me to be a good leader and be blessed by Allah. an honest leader, able to suppress his anger, and have noble morals
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
A leader will definitelly encounter anger, so make your leadership a lesson in holding back your anger and digesting every problem that comes from your team.
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
Leadership is about giving and gaining knowledge to the team and to oneself.
