Born in 1958, served for 17 years in Different governmental organizations, 16 years as a Pastor in the Church, and led for 10 years as a mission leader.

1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
While am traveled from place to place in Rural areas peace Security problems and transportation problems.
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
First inborn, and in the process of serving the Church I was nominated by the General assembly, and God called me as mission leader.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
Early morning I pray most of the time with family, then go to work and as my plan for a week, I work individually and lead by participating in teams.
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
listing the bottom-line workers is very important to minimize risks to and to sustain your legacy in leadership.
5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?
The book "Please Understand Me; Character and Temperament Types." written by David Keirsey and Marilyn Bates. Helped to understand different temperaments and approached us its Character.
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
Before you do anything please question why do I do? for what? when and where do I do it?
7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?
Many may believe that one can be heard because he talks more, but if you to be listed you have to show by your work and activities. I learned this through my practice. so if you can do that.
