1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?


Dealing with difficult conversation


2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?


I started become a leader since college, then did my first job as Drilling Supervisor in multinational oil and gas company


3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?


1. Wake up at 4 am, personal morning routine, praying, reading, stretching, morning coffee

2. Planning, prioritizing from 6-8 am

3. Focus on work from 8-12 am

4. Lunch and prayer break 12-1 pm

5. Meetings, collaboration, coaching and mentoring 1-3 pm

6. Afternoon break, coffee and prayer, wrap-up 3-4 pm

7. Family time 4-8 pm

9. Write up 8-10 pm

10. Bedtime 10 pm - 4 am


4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?


Taking care those under my charge


5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?


The 360 deg Leader, John Maxwell. I had my view opened that to become leader doesn't need position, but whoever at whatever position can always be a leader and have a leadership trait.


6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?


Take care of your man
