1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?
Starting from scratch
2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?
I love preaching the Word of God little did I know I started my own Company, people began to buy forms, having workers, having meeting with them, sending them to different locations etc before I knew I, that's it.
3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?
I make sure I completed what I have to and plan ahead before going to sleep
4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?
Treat people with respect, I mean everyone, don't pick and choose by status or tribe or color etc l. For example, years ago I was working as a school Administrator and aslo lab technician. So there is this your boy from poor home which people were looking very low upon including teacher friends etc.
The principal always shouted at him get out etc. So I decided to make him close friend taking him Computer classes for free with paying buy them think that he was paying everyone was surprised because I didn't told them. Later notice he has improved a lot, bold and very out spoken. Before school closes he told me his uncle wants him to be in Gambia with him because of his improvement and I said or sure ok, them counsel him because he didn't want to leave me.
Finally he's in Gambia after some years he contacted me with surprised calling me on phone, his actual now at the University pursing Computer science and also thanking me for what I did and he later send me a money Wich was a surprise. That's why never treat people bad

Change your thinking, Change your mind by Brian Tracy. Help me to deal with people that think nothing good out of there life.
6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?
Don't be arrogant with the people under you because as a leader you will have all kinds of people some are even older than you. So treat people right
