1. What have you found most challenging as an Educational Leader?

After my completing 5 years law I.e. graduate as well as post graduate degree in Law, I enrolled for Masters in Global Financial Markets. From Complete Theory Subjects to complete Technical Finance Subjects. During my Masters I even interned, wherein I learnt Financial Modelling. Imagine an Advocate knowing Financial Forecasts, Modeling and Stock market.

2. How did you become an Educational Leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

My vast experience in meager 8 years in handling Company's Legal Functions Solely and effectively, gave me large experience and appreciation. Further I earned an International Award from Lex Falcon International Conference on March 2022 in Dubai as "Corporate Lawyer". On 1st April 2023, I decided to start my own law practice. At this stage I started getting opportunities from various educational institutions inviting me as visiting faculty.

Initially I was not so much in to educating others but my mother who is a retired teacher encouraged me to accept it and that's how my career as Educational lecturer began. It's important to note that I am a Full time Advocate running my own law firm and a part time lecturer. I felt it essential to contribute my knowledge and experience to next generation to help them grow in Corporate Professions.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

From Last 4 years I have decided to give real importance to health. So I usually start my morning with Zumba and Yoga work outs Alternate days regularly from 6 to 7 in morning. Post that Breakfast and coffee over e-news. Going through List on to do things of the day. Leaving to office at 10 am and returning at 7 pm. Spending time talking about intellectual topics with my mother. Preparing Agenda for he next day.

4. What's a recent lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of as an Educational Leader?

You don't know everything so meet youth, talk, learn from them. Brain stimulations are very important merely having knowledge and experience isn't enough.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your journey as an Educational Leader so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted you?

Sherlock Holmes that every problem has a logical solution. I am fan of Birbal the Wise man and Tenali Rama the Witty pandit.

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young educator who aspires to be an Educational Leader, what would you say to them?

Accept all the opportunities that Cole your way and while educating give as much as possible practical examples.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as an Educational Leader, so far?

Students in College are extremely intelligent and grown ups. Don't underestimate them, treat them like grown ups and you will make classroom a friendly place for yourself and them.
