2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

By sharpening the skills of communication, decision making and building a healthy network. My schooling was from Hindi medium. But I always updated myself and finally did SMP from IIM. I started my career at the grassroots level in sales, hence understanding the pulse of field force is the real backbone of any organisation. During my tenure in all the organisation I developed my team. Giving them authority and responsibility to perform beyond expectation. Promotes them as well and brings happiness to their face. Hence, contributed to the growth of the nation as well.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

Upon waking up early, I engage in exercise and meditation. Subsequently, I review my daily schedule and establish objectives for the day. I then attend to emails, responding promptly. Providing guidance and support to my team is a crucial aspect of my day. Later, I review the day's progress, identifying areas for improvement. In the evening, I schedule action points for the next day and prepare a to-do list. Finally, I prioritize spending quality time with my family before ensuring sufficient and restful sleep.

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

It is Adaptability. I realized before making decisions, I have to be flexible in response to change and open to new ideas which did not arise in my mind but the team has pointed out.
