1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?


The great challenges which I found as a leader is sometime to remain alone in a hard decision


2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?


I became a leader from a small step as a Youth Chairperson in my Church,after there a went another step.So it a step by step.


3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?


From morning a start with prayer,then following by reading the word of God.

Therefore I take care to my Chickens.

After that I got to accomplish my daily activities as a Pastor.


4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?


A recent leadership lesson which I have learned for for the first time was concerned how to be an effective leader.


5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?


The profound impact book was book which written by Oswald Senders.

This book impacted my leadership in the way of being a Servant leader and not a Boss



6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?


I tell them to be humble as a Leader.


7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?


A meaningful story as a leader which comes in mind as a Leader,If anyone want to be a good leader you have to Jesus because He is a good Leader of all time.
