1. What have you found most challenging as a leader?

Finding the people who are really committed to their dreams.

2. How did you become a leader? Can you please briefly tell the story?

I became a leader by making a conscious effort to be a leader. Having a dream and taking the responsibilities of achieving those dreams.

3. How do you structure your work days from waking up to going to sleep?

My two priorities are my family and my work. When I have free time, I spend time relaxing. Although family for me is part of my relaxation.

4. What's a recent leadership lesson you've learned for the first time or been reminded of?

You should not be absorbed in the title of a leader. You must be ready to be a follower to be an effective leader. The concept of Servant Leadership.

5. What's one book that has had a profound impact on your leadership so far? Can you please briefly tell the story of how that book impacted your leadership?

Not a book but a lifestyle we learned as part of a Christian faith community.

6. If you could only give one piece of advice to a young leader, what would you say to them?

Never give up on your dreams with just one simple hardship. There are even more difficult obstacles to come. Do what you love and let no obstacle, however hard, make you give up.

7. What is one meaningful story that comes to mind from your time as a leader, so far?

In the Philippines, covid-lockdown took months and it was cruel. Where most were not doing anything and some gave up, I was able to make it the turning point of Servus Technologies.
